Our Mission Statement
The mission of J&M Direct – Onsite Fleet Services is to be the leading provider of fleet repair in the CSRA. We want to be in the business to ‘WOW’ our customers with outstanding customer service, timely response rate, and accurate repairs and maintenance. Our goal is for fleet managers to view the J&M Direct team as a necessary partner in their business. We will work every day to compel our customers to speak positively about us to others and to continue to enjoy doing business with us for many years and over many generations.
Our “We Will” Statement
We will manage any fleet as if they are our own, no matter the size. We will be that one stop service provider that our customers can rely on by creating and working a consistent and proven Preventative Maintenance, Service, and Repair Program that is aimed to reduce the number of repairs and breakdowns, and improve their fleets Uptime and reduce their Down Time.
We will do this by providing quality work, with quality parts, thorough inspections, and visual recommendations the customer can see to make the right decisions.
